Nice to meet you!
At my core, I love talking to people. I've been interested in people and understanding what it means to be part of a community since I was young. This led me to study Anthropology and East Asian Studies, and eventually get my Masters in Human-Centered Design & Engineering. Despite working in several different industries, I've learned that communication, cooperation, and mututal understanding goes a long way.

When I'm not at work, you can find me on my bike at coffee shops, playing tennis, or crafting! I find inspiration from the tactile experiences in the world around me.

WORK EXPERIENCE
FRONT DESK LEAD, BROOKS RUNNING
Managing a team to improve and create documentation and processes in the office. Working cross-functionally to review and publish process flows on internal sites to help standardize information organization and in-person employee experience. I bring years of administrative experience and workplace management to make every employee feel welcomed.
DESIGN RESEARCHER, BROOKS RUNNING
Owned end-to-end qualitative research with the Run Sights Lab on global brand marketing and physical prototype testing. Including scoping, managing, recruiting, and data synthesizing. Represented the consumer voice during brand and product strategy decisions with research presentations. This was a temporary internal role transition within Brooks where I worked with brand marketing and product design teams.
WORKPLACE & ONBOARDING COORDINATOR, BRANCH METRICS
Collaborated with global colleagues to provide cohesive company-wide experiences. Promoted an inclusive company culture across global offices by organizing events based on employee feedback. Built employee trust in my team across the company by managing orientation meetings and new hire onboarding. Led qualitative survey-based research on employee onboarding processes and culture to inform the global onboarding playbook.​
